If you know that a relative or friend is in a bind due to their HVAC system going down, make sure you strongly encourage them to get two or more quotes and to not fall for the sign today, install tomorrow hard sell.  You will be their hero when they find out you saved them upwards of $10,000!  Maybe they'll even offer to take you out to dinner or bake you cookies!  Oehlert Bros. customers often tell us the ridiculous quotes they have gotten from a large, high pressure HVAC company.  There have been two air conditioning jobs this July that have been $10,000 more than what is considered a local market price.  Believe me, no company can do a job that is $10,000 better than other local, reputable companies - unless the system is plated in gold!
