Garage Sales, Festival, Puppet Show This Weekend

Three garage sales are scheduled in the Spring-Ford area on Saturday, including Trappe, Creamery Road in Spring City, and Sacco Road in Linfield.

Chesterbrook Academy will offer a free puppet show and balloon animals at the Limerick Square Shopping Center in Limerick on Saturday beginning at 10:30 a.m.

The Montgomery County 4-H Fair will continue Friday in Skippack from 9:30 a.m. - 9 p.m. The day includes a cattle show, Montgomery County Parks Demo, Sheep Show, Daisy Jug band, Horseless Horse Show, and much more.  For the full schedule, click here.

The 47th Annual Goschenhoppen Folk Festival be held this weekend in Perkiomenville, considered a “non-commercial, family-oriented day in Goschenhoppen. It will feature old-fashioned Pennsylvania Dutch foods, and volunteers will show the tools, trades, pastimes and music of the periods.  For more information, click here.

On Sunday, the Collegeville Fire Co. Car Show will be held on Main Street beginning at 10 a.m.   Organizers expect more than 200 cars to participate in the event, which will award several prizes, and there will be food vendors,  local businesses and non-profits on hand.
