I have lived here since March 2008. Everything was actually pretty good until last winter. There has been a definite change in the type of people they are moving in. When we first moved in it was mostly small working families. Now, every group I seen move in is either a bunch of college kids or entire like 5-6 person families, and these are only 2 BR apartments. The last person was spot on about hearing your neighbors. Our first few years were fine with the people above us, although you can even here the people above you when they go to the bathroom (literally here the pee hitting the water, yeah disgusting). Well then the Galman Group decided to move in a group of college kids. First it was just 2 kids and a daughter on the one girl. Then they got up to at least 5 college kids in there. They have been a huge problem since day one. They make tons of noise, run/stomping up the hallway steps every day, constantly banging and thumping things around in their apartment ALL DAY LONG. They throw cigarette butts all over, including my balcony. They leave their baby car seat just sitting in the parking lot and/or hallway for hours on end. They yell to people in cars from their balcony. They even have a Foos-Ball table in their apartment. I have been a model tenant my whole time here and have never paid even a single day late.
