The Main Street fixture will be shutting its doors after several decades of service to the Royersford community.
Lebow Furniture, a mainstay of Royersford's local business community, will be closing its doors after 63 years. The store was started in 1949 by Chick and Adele Lebow and is currently run by president Roger Lebow and vice president Susan Lebow Moran. The business has always been family-owned and operated and currently has a staff of 30 employees. Lebow and Moran advised their business contacts in an e-mail today that while they will be closing, they will remain open for some time as they gradually reduce their inventory.
