Police returned to the store on three separate occasions to deal with complaints against one person.
A Collegeville woman had multiple run-ins with police on March 29 at the Pottstown Redner's, leading to multiple citations for disorderly conduct. According to a police report, Julia Fitzhenry was trying to solicit money for cigarettes outside the Redner's Warehouse Market in Pottstown. Management called police, and Fitzhenry was told that soliciting was illegal in the borough. She asked a police officer for money, and when the officer refused, Fitzhenry reportedly said she "could not believe how mean he was," and complained that someone who "is working and making so much" should be able to give her money. Police were called a second time when Fitzhenry returned to the store and allegedly caused a disturbance by confronting the manager. …

Spring City Police have charged a local resident with aggravated assault, assault, reckless endangerment, resisting arrest, public drunkeness and disorderly conduct following an altercation Tuesday. Police say Dean Roeseler, Jr., of Buckwalter Road, Spring City, was lying unresponsive on the sidewalk and yard of a home on Wall Street. When an ambulance crew and police arrived, the report says, they tried to rouse Roeseler from unconsciousness. Roeseler allegedly became physically combative with police and emergency responders and had to be forcibly subdued, police said. Once cuffed, police say he continued to struggle. The Royersford Police Department submitted the following reports of note: On May 27 at approximately 10 p.m., Officer Tom Godin reportedly encountered an intoxicated male in the 300 block of Main Street. Godin said the man was walking on the sidewalk and almost into the street. Police then allegedly witnessed the vehicle swerve to avoid hitting the man. Police stopped the man and said he had a strong odor of alcoholic beverage on his person, glassy bloodshot eyes and was incapable to standing upright without swaying back and forth. The following report was submitted by Royersford Police Department: On May 13 at 8:11 p.m., Officer Tom Godin reported he was on routine patrol when stopping a vehicle for a traffic violation. Upon approach and speaking with the driver, Godin said he became alerted to the driver continuously reaching for his right pocket. "The vehicle did smell of stale marijuana," Godin said. "As I got the driver out of the vehicle and patted him down for weapons I noted the passenger side map door had what appeared to be a gun handle sticking out of it. I requested Officer Oberholtzer to get the passenger out of the vehicle and pat him down." Godin went over and retrieved the handle which was a handle to an emergency brake for the vehicle. The Limerick Township Police Department logged 151 incidents between April 9 and 15. Of them, 21 were deemed false alarms. Police reported responding Officer Christopher Iochum being dispatched to 1241 Main St. in Linfield on April 7 at 1:34 a.m. for a man sleeping on the grass. Upon arrival, Iochum confirmed the complaint, reporting that he was sleeping about three feet from the road. When police woke the man up, they said he was confused, but told them he was at the Railroad Street Bar. He was identified by police as Justin D. Reid, 31 of Azalea Circle in Limerick. On March 23 at 7:11 p.m., responding Officer John Cassel Jr. was dispatched to Kohl's for a retail theft. Upon arrival, Mary Louis Trabocco, 73 of Collegeville, was in custody of loss prevention. The loss prevention officer reviewed security tape to reveal that Trabocco removed her "old, dirty, black slippers" and put a $38.99 pair of sandals on her feet. She then hid the old slippers behind boxes on the shelves and continued shopping. She made a purchase, but did not make an attempt to pay for the sandals. Royersford Police Chief Kevin Schurr sent in the following report On March 10 at 12:40 a.m., police responded to a disturbance at Tom's Bar & Grille at 772 Walnut St. Upon arrival, they found Craig Marshall, 36 of Main Street in Royersford, to be intoxicated. Witnesses said he attempted to start fights with male patrons inside the establishment and to have "verbally harassed" female patrons in the bar by making obscene comments. Marshall was removed from the bar area prior to police arrival. He was issued a citation for public drunkenness. The Limerick Township Police Department logged 186 incidents between March 5 and 11. On Jan. 21 at 3:48 p.m., responding Officer Timothy DiGregorio was dispatched to the Philadelphia Premium Outlets for a retail theft in progress. He was notified that a fraudulent credit card was just used at Izod by a black male wearing a black shirt, khakis, brown boots and a full beard. The card was used to purchase a shirt and a $100 gift card, totaling $116.32.
