The minor fire caused some damage to an apartment kitchen.
Limerick, Linfield and Trappe Fire Departments responded to an emergency call from an apartment in the Summer Chase complex around 8:30 p.m. on Monday night. "It's more water damage than fire damage," Shuler said. "The sprinklers did what they were supposed to."
