Spring-Ford Choir in B101 Christmas Choir Contest
Voting will be open on Tuesday until 9pm via B101's website.
Spring-Ford choir director Yvonne O'Dea announced today that the Spring-Ford High School Vocal Ensemble has been chosen as a semi-finalist for the B101 Christmas Choir competition with their song "Fum Fum Fantasy". "We are beyond excited," O'Dea said in an e-mail. "We entered the contest last year with 'The First Noel'," O'Dea said. "I chose the song "Fum, Fum, Fantasy"...because I felt it was something that the kids would really enjoy learning. It is a really nice traditional English carol and it has been fun for us to put together." The group recorded the song, with the help of John Matsko, and submitted at the beginning of November.
