The following reports were submitted by the Pennsylvania State Police Skippack Barracks: On April 28 at 4:01 a.m., Trooper Stephen Dunkle reported he and Corporal David M. Pezzano observed a white Jeep Grand Cherokee "traveling erratically" on 422 West at about mile marker 176.8 in Limerick Township. "During the traffic stop, I observed the above driving exhibiting signs of impairment," the report said. "The above driver was cited for driving under the influence of alcohol and drug possession in Magisterial District Court 38-1-19." On April 27 at 10:45 p.m., Pennsylvania State Police Corporal David M. Pezzano reported a one-vehicle accident on 422 West in the area approaching the Royersford exit in Upper Providence Township.
