Alice Beavers Dake, Neighbor

I am an artist, writer and poet residing in Spring City (5+ years) with my wonderful actor/realtor husband and our two beautiful, bright children. I was born and raised in Philadelphia and moved to this area in the late 90's. I have been an artist and a "creative" all my life but began writing poetry about 15 years ago and am now working on a fantasy novel for young adults based on a favorite fairy tale. Finding a balance between work, personal life and my creative pursuits is a challenge that I continue to struggle with and one which I will share here.
