Donna Baus, Neighbor

I came to work at Chesterbrook Academy in 1996, a few short months after the school opened. I have had experience within the school as a teacher, a support manager, an assistant principal and as the principal. In addition to supporting our staff and school, my services our used throughout our district as a accounting trainer and a new principal mentor, also as a support principal to other schools who might be having difficulty or are facing difficult times. I appreciate the fact that my expertise is utilized throughout the company in many arenas. I feel this lends to the fact that although we are corporate owned, we are a close knit company and rely heavily on utilizing our resources within. I am a firm believer in learning from all experiences and providing learning opportunities not only for our students but for our staff as well.
