I don't want to speak on behalf of the hospital, but Dr. Cacciamani's main point seemed to be to emphasize that Chestnut Hill Hospital wants to be seen as a community hospital for everyone in the Northwest and not just for Chestnut Hill. He'd probably be happy to hear that most people you know already use its services.
