Greetings and Warm Wishes

Dear Limerick, Royersford and Spring City,

It was with great honor and pleasure that I introduce myself to you as the new editor of your Patch!

Before I say anything else, I would first like to say thank you and a job well done to the inaugural editor, David Powell, for all of his hard work and the much appreciated help he's already given me.

David certainly did a wonderful job in reporting the news and giving this community a hub to talk about the hot topics and pressing issues. Fortunately, there will be no need to miss David, as he is remaining in the area and will still be involved in this community and others in surrounding municipalities.

I am not here to take David's place by any means, but I am here to continue to give this community a helping hand in growing while reporting the relevant issues in the area.

A little bit about myself: I am a 2010 graduate of Penn State University. I have a solid background in sports journalism, but have since grown a love for community journalism, as well. I have been with Patch since August of 2010 and continue to learn new things within this great company.

I originally hail from Delran, N.J. where I was born and raised by two wonderful parents, who still remain in the area. After working as the Sports Editor for Cinnaminson Patch for the past six months, I was given a promotion to come here and serve the wonderful people of this community.

How do I know you are wonderful? Luckily, I have a beautiful girlfriend that lives in the area, so I have had the opportunity to be in and out of Montgomery and Chester counties for the past three years. I now live in Limerick.
