The female asked Roche if her mother was being arrested, to which he responded she probably would. The female then advised the officer that her mother did not have a job or money and that her mother made a mistake.

Minors Found Under the Influence of Alcohol

Two minors were allegedly found drunk on July 8 around 1:37 a.m. by responding officer Brian Tyler. The kids were hanging out on Castle Drive in Limerick when Tyler approached.

The minors were 18, including Michael Mazzei, who lived at the home on Castle Drive where the teenagers were found, and Alexandra Booth of Worcester.

Tyler found them while performing a routine patrol. He first observed three females sitting on the curb outside of the house on Castle Drive. They indicated they were okay and were just outside talking about an argument they had just gotten into. Booth was one of the three females. The other two were of legal age to consume alcohol.

While speaking to the girls, Tyler observed three males sitting behind a parked car a few feet away. He then asked them if everything was okay to which they responded they were waiting for the girls to finish talking and were going to go back inside to the home, where two of them lived, and the rest were spending the night. The male subjects were all of age to consume alcohol, with the exception of Mazzei. Mazzei and Booth both registered a high amount of alcohol when given a Breathalyzer test.

Booth, Mazzei and two unknown individuals were cited for Purchase, Consumption, Possession or Transportation of liquor or malt or brewed beverages. All were released on scene.
