Limerick

The logged 196 incidents between Oct. 31 and Nov. 6. Of the incidents, 10 were deemed false alarms.

Harassment Citation Lead to Eviction

On Nov. 3 around 7:52 a.m., responding Officer John Kehoe arrived at the scene of a possible assault. Upon arrival, he met with Juliann Howard Cusumano, 71, Jeffrey M. Cusumano, 44, and Michael William Gardner, 64, all living at 570 Linfield Trappe Rd. After talking with the three, it was determined that Jeffrey was Juliann's son and Gardner was Juliann's ex-husband, who rented an apartment at the residence.

Juliann reported that a verbal argument had ensued between her and Gardner and Gardner threatened to pour gasoline all over the house and burn it to the ground. She then called her son, who arrived shortly after and got into a physical altercation with Gardner. It was reported that Gardner was using a four-foot-long wooden plank in the alleged skirmish.

Both walked away with scratches and refused medical attention. They were cited for harassment (striking, punching, kicking) and Juliann reported plans to evict Gardner.

Royersford

Motor Vehicle Theft Aided by Limerick PD

Christopher McMullen, 29 of Royersford was intercepted by Limerick Police Department on Nov. 5 around 6:56 a.m. It was discovered, according to the report, that the vehicle he was driving was stolen after contact was made with the registered owner by . The owner was unaware that the vehicle was not parked in the parking lot of her apartment complex.
