Outlets See Retail Theft Multiple Times Last Week

The department is reporting multiple retail thefts at the Philadelphia Premium Outlets between Dec. 19 and Dec. 21. The suspects, although never found, could be linked in most, if not all cases (below):

  • Dec. 19 - , two females, $79.99 pair of shoes.
  • Dec. 20 - Timberland, $612.92-worth of shoes.
  • Dec. 20 - , 2 males, two $50 pairs of shoes.
  • Dec. 21 - Timberland, $279.97-worth of shoes.

Woman Strikes Fire Hydrant in DUI

On Dec. 25, police arrested Danielle R. Blair from S. Cedar Street in Spring City and charged her with driving under the influence after she struck a fire hydrant  in the 200 block of Chestnut Street and sheared off her driver's side front wheel. The entire front end was damaged in the accident.

Blair reportedly drove away from the scene to her home on three wheels. She was placed under arrest and transported to Phoenixville Hospital where blood was drawn for BAC. She was processed and released pending summons.
