Woman Steals Vehicle in Limerick

A release from Police Chief Bill Albany

The following release was sent in by Chief Bill Albany:

On Nov. 5 at approximately 5:45 a.m., Limerick police responded to the 1600-block of Richards Court and spoke to resident Vincent McGlone who reported his 2010 GMC Yukon stolen from the front of his residence.

McGlone believed he may have left his key ring in his front door when he came home the previous evening due to his hands being full and he reported that his wallet and credit cards were in the vehicle. Officer John Cassel contacted On Star and learned that the vehicle was in the Boyertown area and the ignition lock was engaged. A short time later a female was arrested for attempting to use McGlone's credit card at the Colebrookdale Wal-Mart.
